When visiting
Little India, best to be prepared for sensory overload. Walk
down Serangoon Road and you will be 'assaulted' with Indian
music blaring at top volume from one shop while next door
the air hangs heavy with the the aroma of Indian spices and
burning incense all wrapped in a cacophony of vivid colours.
The neighborhood itself is not that large - you can easily
walk around it in a day - and with great food, friendly people
and a bunch of unique shops that you won't find anywhere else
in Singapore Little India is one of the most vibrant and interesting
neighborhoods in Singapore.
